Through experiential learning, life skills modules, career guidance, and access to industry knowledge the program prepares young people for high-demand, rewarding careers in trades such as construction, plumbing, and electrical work.

Our journey began with a vision to uplift young individuals in Glenpool, Oklahoma, offering them the tools and support needed to succeed in their pursuits. We recognize that four years of college simply isn’t for everyone, and that is not the only path to a meaningful, successful and fulfilling life.
